   What this platform is

   Root & Rise is the software one private trading desk runs on: a rule-gated trade journal and a daily briefing composed from market data. Access to the terminal requires an account.

2. 02

   Not investment advice

   Nothing on this site is investment advice, a trade signal, a solicitation, or an offer to manage money. Structure reads, briefings, and every computed figure are decision support for the person reading them, who alone decides what to trade.

   Risk

   Trading leveraged instruments carries substantial risk of loss. Past figures shown anywhere on the platform do not predict future results.

4. 04

   Your data and your account

   Journal data is saved to your account and follows you to any browser you sign in on, and no other account can read that copy. The browser keeps records of its own as well, including a snapshot from before the first sync that is not rewritten afterwards. Anyone using that browser can read them, and clearing the browser’s site data removes them entirely. The account gates the terminal and holds the journal, so abandoning it leaves the record behind with it.

   Warranty

   The platform is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. Market data comes from third-party feeds and can be delayed, incomplete, or unavailable; an instrument the feed cannot price renders as unavailable rather than as a number.
