   What the account holds

   Signing up stores an email address and a hashed password with the authentication provider the platform runs on. No profile beyond that exists, no confirmation mail is sent, and the address is used only to sign you in.

   Where journal data lives

   Trades, settings, prop-firm parameters, and day plans are saved to your account, so they follow you to any browser you sign in on. No other account can read that copy. The browser keeps records of its own as well: the current journal, and a snapshot of what it held before the first sync, which is not rewritten afterwards. Anyone using that browser can read them, and clearing the browser’s site data removes them entirely.

   What the contact form stores

   Sending a message from the contact page stores the name, email address, and message you enter, along with the time it was sent. Sending is all the site can do with them: no page here reads those messages back.

   Market data requests

   Quotes, candles, and the economic calendar are read through this site’s own origin. Those requests carry no account information and no personal data.

5. 05

   Error and traffic reporting

   When a page throws an error in the browser, the message, stack trace, page URL, and browser user agent are reported so the fault can be fixed. A traffic counter records page visits. Neither stream carries your journal or your email.

6. 06

   What is not collected

   No advertising identifiers, no cross-site tracking, no sale or sharing of any data with third parties.
